A delicious modern twist on old-fashioned Tapioca desserts, freshly made with real fruit and coconut. Fruit flavours are low in fat (97% fat free) and made with a good amount of yummy real fruit. Our Tapioca is both gluten & dairy free, and contains nothing artificial. The lunchbox friendly tub is perfect as a cool and refreshing fruity tropical treat, or heats up as a winter warmer.

Our rich and fluffy all natural chocolate mousse is made from real Belgian Chocolate and a multi-award winning recipe. With real bits of Belgian Chocolate stirred through, our mousse is a perfect dessert or accompaniment, and fantastic for dipping fresh strawberries into. It can also be frozen into a heavenly mousse ice-cream.

Made with fresh oven roasted eggplant with a beautiful smokey taste, mixed with tahini, garlic, lemon juice and spices; it carries the authentic flavour of its Arabic origins. Served mainly as dip; a great starter or appetiser. Makes a wonderful side dish or spread.
