Brasserie Bread is HACCP certified and our award-winning wholesale bakery in Botany operates 365 days a year, including public holidays.
Our award-winning Bakery Café & Retail shop is set within a classic industrial warehouse next to the wholesale Bakery, and is open seven days a week. Our Baking School has courses to suit every age group, from the wildly popular Free Kids Baking Class on Saturdays, to fun-filled evening workshops teaching everything from baking organic sourdough to crafting the perfect pastry.
