Budgi Werri Prunes present a product that is attractive and full of flavour. They process the prunes in their own juice with the infusion of vanilla, lemon zest and cinnamon. The pips are retained as an essential ingredient in retaining the shape of the prune and in imparting flavours of almond. All current products contain pips.
Budgi Werri Prunes present products that are free of preservatives, artificial colours, and flavours. The prunes are grown and stored without the use of insecticides, and are also graded and sorted for imperfections.
