Carman’s, a made in Melbourne company, started in 1992 by an 18 year old girl after purchasing the business for $1,000, remains true to the brand value that “food should come from the kitchen, not the chemist”. This means that all Carman’s products are free from any artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, palm oil and genetically modified ingredients. Carman’s founder, Carolyn Creswell says “We see the Food Service trade as a great opportunity to get people to sample our products. We have worked with Qantas since 2003 and have attracted so many loyal customers who went on to buy our muesli products after trying them on a Qantas flight.”
In 2003, an Austrade export development grant aided Carman’s introduction to the international buyers, which has since resulted in taking these 100% Australian made and owned products to 26 countries including supermarket chains in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Pakistan, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Carman’s mouth watering ingredients include premium Australian sun-kissed oats, chopped gourmet nuts and seeds, delicious preservative-free fruits, honey and cinnamon.

Carman’s Original Fruit-Free Muesli
Lightly toasted wholegrain oats with honey, cinnamon and gourmet nuts. Availaible in 40g portion control sachet, 500g and 750g boxes and 1.5kg bag.
Carman’s Classic Fruit Muesli
Lightly toasted wholegrain oats with honey, cinnamon, gourmet nuts and dried fruit. Available in 40g portion control sachet, 50g tub, 500g box and 1.5kg bag.
Carman’s Natural Bircher Muesli
A blend of wholegrain oats with honey, cinnamon, gourmet nuts and dried fruit. Available in 40g portion control sachet, 500g box and 1.5kg bag.
Carman’s Deluxe Fruit Muesli (Gluten-Free)
A delicious gluten-free blend of lightly toasted rice flakes, puffed rice, honey, cinnamon, gourmet nuts and dried fruit. Available in 35g portion contol sachet, 400g box and 1.2kg bag.
