Charlie’s is a boutique baker of seriously delicious gourmet cookies. Based in Melbourne and proudly Australian, we have loads of fun baking our tasty treats to perfection using only the finest quality natural ingredients.
Whether its at work or play, in cafes, hotels and catered events or at home on the couch we’re putting joy into life… one bite at a time.

In June 2011 we were granted BRC Certification – the highest possible level of food safety and hygiene by the globally recognized HACCP program. This will further ensure our commitment to producing only the very best product.

BITE SIZE COOKIES
Bite size cookies – Charlies make a range of mini bite size cookies just 5g each with a diameter of 3cm – you’d barely know you ate it – but for the fact it was super delicious. Available for food service and retail.
CORPORATE COOKIES
Big bite cookies or petits fours – Charlie’s make a range of delicate hand made biscuits approx 10-15g and 4.5 cm in diameter, they are ideal for the meeting table, conferences or catered events. Choose from Viennese Coffee Swirls, Raspberry Jam Shortbreads, Lemon and Passionfruit Melting Moments, Eclairs, Almond Florentines, Coconut Macaroons and many more… available for food service and retail.
CONFERENCE COOKIES
Medium size cookies - Charlie’s 20-25g cookies, 6 cm diameter are perfect for catering, functions, events, meetings, seminars, conventions or for home in our popular pantry packs. We have gluten free and portion control options and they are available for food service or retail.
CAFÉ COOKIES
Charlies now has a comprehensive offer for cafes, chose from our range for jars or our grab and go range – all the faves plus some surprisingly good alternatives.
MORE YUMMIES
Charlie’s also has a wide range of scrumptious slices both for retail and food service. For the pastry connoisseur there is also a range of pastry disks, savoury lavosh crackers, financiers, biscotti and premixed catering trays.
RETAIL COOKIES
