PREMIÈRE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Selected parcels of 100% estate grown Coratina olives are gently pressed within hours of picking to produce this exceptional quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil brimming with aroma, flavour and personality. A versatile oil, it is particularly suited to enhancing the tomato and herb based sauces of traditional Italian pasta dishes. PICUAL EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

A single varietal oil, Picual is a Spanish olive variety originally grown in the Andalusia region. Picual also flourishes in the Mediterranean climate and fertile red soils of northern Victoria where it produces distinctive green and gold Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Cobram Estate presents the fruity and aromatic flavours of Picual in a first cold pressed premium table oil. Use it liberally to add signature flavour to fresh salads, grilled meats, paella and seafood. - 375ml

HOJIBLANCA EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

A single varietal oil, Hojiblanca is a Spanish olive originating in Andalusia. Hojiblanca (okee-blanca) also flourishes in the Mediterranean climate and fertile red soils of northern Victoria where it produces distinctive green and gold Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Cobram Estate Hojiblanca is a mild, mellow style oil with attractive fruity aromas.
