Crazy Dragon finger foods started producing Asian food with dumplings and shu-mai in 2004 for the Australian foodservice industry. Now we can provide any type of finger food you can imagine to any country in the world. The reason we started is because we saw that chefs were starved for frozen options with long shelf lives, which are innovative and of high quality. We try our best to respond to the needs of chefs in an increasingly creative industry. Chef’s with high volume customers want to be able to serve tasty finger foods, without any wastage. That is why we guarantee chef-quality products, HACCP accreditation, and 12 months shelf life.
It has taken the chefs at Crazy Dragon years to come up with spring roll, dumpling, and shu-mai recipes which capture the traditional Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese and Malaysian flavours, as well as Western herbs, fruit and veges like garlic, lemon myrtle, carrot and mango. It is this fusion which makes our finger foods so exciting for chefs who want to create a menu with modern options, which will be a feature experience for the customer in any foodservice environment.

Chefs are frustrated because there's nothing available in fingerfood that’s both high quality and cheap. It's either one or the other! It is the lack of availability of high-quality, low-priced products that inspired the creation of Goodfoodz as a premium home brand.
Like Crazy Dragon, Goodfoodz is a manufacturer of very high quality products.
