At Di Bella Coffee, training is a priority which we enjoy providing. We pride ourselves on our superior customer service and our dedicated team members will go the extra mile for our customers at every opportunity.
We offer in house training at the roasting factory where our customers' staff can be trained one on one without the interruptions of their work environments. We also send our trainers 'on the road' visiting our customers' cafes and restaurants to provide training on the job. Di Bella customers have the benefit of choosing one or both training options to ensure their barista's are producing consistently good coffee. We guarantee regular and free barista training to our wholesale customers, provided by one of Di Bella Coffee’s Training Specialists.
Our expertise also extends to our Di Bella Coffee Customer Service Representatives – who do more than just deliver your coffee. Our Customer Service Reps are trained in operating coffee machines and adjusting grinders, so they are able to check equipment each time they deliver coffee. This not only provides quality assurance for our customers, it also provides extra support and service to ensure we are working together to produce the ultimate coffee experience. This in turn, impacts positively on the bottom line of our customers' cafes and restaurants.
We believe everyone deserves a great coffee at home or in a cafe and have recently launched our online coffee store mydibellacoffee.com. Customers can purchase their freshly roasted coffee online anytime, anywhere. Online you will find our full range of Di Bella Coffee signature blends, coffee making equipment and accessories, yummy treats such as chocolate coated beans and tea.
