Fusion Brewing was borne out of our belief that beer has equal opportunity in complementing food flavours. Where wine varieties are often retrospectively matched to specific foods and meals, our beer creations are driven by our stern belief that beer should have the same opportunity to complement food flavours.

Bluebottle Beer - Borne out of our love for seafood, Bluebottle Beer began in Pyrmont amongst Sydney's Fish Markets and on the doorstep of Darling Harbour. Bluebottle Beer is the culmination of a search from coast to coast for only the finest ingredients; creating a delicate balance of gentle bitterness, lifted aromatics and a touch of citrus from fresh lemon juice to enhance the flavours of the sea.
Firefly Beer -Borne out of our desire to match our favourite beverage with our favourite food flavours, Fusion Brewing's second beer, Firefly, was created to complement spicy food flavours such as Indian, Thai and Malaysian. Firefly Beer employs a bold use of aromatic hops to deliver a pilsener style beer exhibiting gentle bitterness and fine bead carbonation with an understated sweetness.
Through our creations, we intend that beer will no longer be relegated to be the beverage you have before you begin eating; our creations are meticulously crafted to enhance the meal and cuisine as you enjoy it.
