Founded in 1975, Game Farm Pty Ltd is a second generation Australian company whose farms are located on the fringes of the lush National Parks of Galston, and the premium wine producing regions of the Upper Hunter Valley of New South Wales.
Game Farm is the largest multi-species game bird producer in the Southern Hemisphere, specialising in the breeding and processing of game birds, specialty poultry and supply of game meats. Our quality products are distributed to
wholesalers, restaurants, five star hotels, supermarket chains, specialty butchers, airlines, shipping companies and caterers throughout Australian and international markets.
All Game Farm branded products are:
- Grain fed – raised on a balanced diet of vitamins and minerals, soya bean and canola meal, corn, wheat, barley and oats.
- Not caged but free to fly and roam around, with unlimited access to food and water at all times whilst protected from predators. This activity encourages good muscle and tissue growth, producing quality meat.
- Free from added hormones. No hormones are given to Game Farm birds to enhance growth –their freedom to roam and exercise, along with constant access to water and specialised feed, ensures the birds’ size and quality.
- We also supply Halal certified game meat upon request.
Game Farm is committed to ongoing investment in state of the art breeding, hatching, growing and processing facilities. Our processing operations are fully export licensed, HACCP and Halal accredited and supported by a dedicated team to ensure we supply only the highest quality game produce and specialty poultry at all times.
We offer our product range in an extensive selection of cuts designed to make cooking and serving simple.

Quail
Quail is a game bird renowned for the delicacy of its taste. There are numerous members of the quail family from the European quail to the American Quail
and Blue Quail of Africa. In the US, the names quail and partridge can be used interchangeably in certain parts of the country. Quail is a particularly versatile
game meat, suiting a wide variety of cuisine styles. Game Farm supplies Japanese Quail, bred and grown in the beautiful Sydney basin and the lush pastures of the Upper Hunter Valley in northern NSW. Game Farm Quail is low in fat and high in iron and protein. It’s available in a selection of cuts to save you preparation time and hassle in the kitchen. No mess, no fuss - just quality game meat you can use in a great range of recipes!
Spatchcock
Spatchcock is a poussin (young chicken) which has been specially prepared to make roasting or grilling easier. Game Farm Spatchcock are bred and grown in the NSW Southern Highlands and the Sydney basin. Their delicate flavour and texture makes them an ideal choice in a wide selection of easy to prepare recipes. Game Farm supplies Spatchcock in Moroccan or Piri Piri Marinade, cutting down your preparation time and making it a simple matter to cook and serve the distinctive flavours of Moroccan cuisine.
Cornfed Chicken
The distinctive colour and taste of Game Farm Cornfed Chicken results from their specialised hormone-free grain diet which includes up to 30 per cent corn products. This diet, in conjunction with natural sunlight gives the birds their golden colour and succulent flavour. Game Farm Cornfed Chickens are reared in the Sydney basin. The natural flavour of Game Farm Cornfed Chickens makes them ideal for roasting.
Duck
The flavoursome, succulent qualities of duck have made it a great favourite in traditional French cuisine, with many recipes receiving international acclaim. But that doesn’t mean duck is difficult to cook – and Game Farm’s cuts like Duck Maryland and Duck Breast Fillet make it even easier! Game Farm Duck is raised in the Wimmera wheat belt and Hawkesbury region of NSW. Varieties include Peking, Grimaud and more.
