Our Jams are still made in the traditional way, 100% natural, no preservatives and our dedicated small team care about the products, what goes in them and what our customers think. New products like Chillijam and Onion Marmalade are now being produced to satisfy customer demands, with more interesting products currently being tested and tasted!
Hank’s Relishes – the ‘4’ series
4Ham – Cherry, Seeded Mustard & Ginger - Another winning recipe from the Hank’s stable. Plump sour cherries are carefully blended with fresh ginger and seeded mustard to create that something special. Use as a glaze on ham and pork, or with turkey. This jam is also excellent when used as a side accompaniment, or simply layer it on your favourite sandwich or roll to provide a taste sensation. 4Turkey – Cranberry & Orange Jelly - Our quality cranberry jelly should be part of every traditional Christmas. High quality cranberries are carefully cooked with Hank’s famous apple stock, and a splash of fresh orange and lime. This is the perfect accompaniment to turkey, ham or to spice up your chicken dish. 4BBQ – Onion Marmalade - This is the perfect addition to every BBQ! A thick, rich and flavoursome relish. Spoil yourself with lashings of this on your favourite steak and sausages, or as a garnish on your hamburgers. This 100% natural product, made from the juiciest onions, malt vinegar and black pepper, is fast becoming a Hank’s savoury star! 4Lamb – Apple, Rosemary & Mint - This superb combination of fresh apple, Hank’s famous apple stock, onion relish, and a fresh rosemary and mint combination will ensure your tastebuds start tingling. Perfect for that lamb dish – roasted, grilled or barbecued! Use on cold meats to make your favourite sandwich even more delicious.
Hank’s Jams
Apricot - This outstanding jam, made from superior Australian apricots, is a real treat on sourdough or wholemeal bread. When possible, we strive to purchase organically certified apricots. Blood Plum - The choicest blood plums are used in this Hank’s favourite! This bold, bright jam is made using a little freshly squeezed lime juice to give it that clean flavour. Try it on ricotta or your favourite bagel. Boysenberry - Select, sweet, full-fruit boysenberries are used for this delicate tasting jam. Spread it on white bread to appreciate it’s robust flavour. Fig, Almond & Ginger - A real sweetie! Plump, ripe, seasonal figs grown on Warrens farm in N.S.W are used to produce this sweet little jam. Subtle hints of ginger and almond round this jam out to make it sensational on brioche or croissant, or just have it with cheese! Pawpaw, Lime & Passionfruit - Inspired from breakfasts in exotic locations, the finest Innisfail pawpaws are used as the base for this fresh, unusual delight. Pear & Vanilla - This pear and vanilla jam is guaranteed to hit your breakfast high notes. Smooth and rich. Raspberry - Only superior quality raspberries are sourced for this favourite jam. Rhubarb & Orange - Only the youngest and sweetest rhubarb is selected for this jam. Makes for a special breakfast treat when mixed with yoghurt. Triple Berry - This, of course, is the jam that made Hank’s famous! Served in many cafés, both in Australia and overseas. Blackberries, strawberries and raspberries are used in this flagship product. Still made the same way it always has been and more popular than ever. Wildberry - Our latest addition to the Hank’s family. A rich and flavoursome jam. Using only the best quality blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, this complex taste sensation is delighting the tastebuds of many a Hank’s customer.

Orange & Lime - With a base of organic Valencia oranges, this light marmalade is made even more delicious by the subtle addition of tangy Tahitian lime. Medal winner. Rich Orange - This thick, rich marmalade is made from only the best Valencia oranges. Slow cooked with care by our chef, this Hank’s product is one of our top sellers. A beautiful, rich colour is followed up by a full, rich flavour. Ruby Grapefruit - Relive childhood memories through this bright marmalade. Made from organically grown ruby grapefruit. Seville Orange - A marmalade that oozes class! The slightly bitter Seville orange provides the distinctive flavour for this sophisticated offering.
Hank’s Chutneys
Chilli Jam - The most unusual jam produced by Hank’s! Fresh chillies added to a sultana base with a few little extras thrown in to complete the recipe. This jam is getting rave reviews! With two Royal Show medals tucked in its belt, this jam is really going places. Great as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, or used on fish, chicken or meat – it is extremely versatile. Tomato Chutney - A delicious mix of red and green tomatoes, and our own blend of chilli and spices, ensure that this chutney hits the spot. A chunky, slow-cooked chutney that is perfect as a condiment on the side or as a addition to pasta, and hot and cold meats.
