For those of you who grew up loving the good old Milky Bar this option of mousse is for you, made using farm fresh cream, free range eggs & quality white chocolate handmade in small batches ensuring optimum fluffiness. Best eaten as is.
Tiramisu
A well known favourite incorporating layers of sponge, turkish coffee & our own freshly made marscapone. Each serving is layered by hand and finished with chocolate shavings.

Our best seller & favourite for all ages using farm fresh cream, free range eggs & quality chocolate. Handmade in small quantities using classical method of folding in melted chocolate into lightly whipped cream making it smooth & delecatable. Serving suggestion on its own or with strawberries.
Vanilla Panna Cotta – Silver Medal Royal Sydney Show 2009
A traditional Italian dessert, Panna Cotta translates to cooked cream. Using farm fresh cream we add vanilla bean pods to our recipe allowing you to compliment it with your favourite fresh berries in balsamic, fresh fruit or coulis. Best served inverted onto a plate a real favourite, light & smooth a great ending to your meal.
Coconut Rice Pudding
A tropical alternative to the traditional taste of rice pudding we add coconut milk to our slow cooked recipe, finishing with shredded coconut & cinamon. Best eaten straight from the container or top with fresh fruit.
Traditional Rice Pudding
A great breakie alternative to carry you through till lunch, slow cooked with farm fresh milk, rice & vanilla bean topped with cinamon. Consider it good luck if you should find a vanilla bean pod in your rice pudding! Best eaten as is.
Sticky date Pudding
Definately an old favourite steamed to guarantee a light & moist pudding. Whole pitted dates, free range eggs & vanilla bean are just a few of the key ingredients that make this pudding whole. After steaming is complete we pour over our butterscotch sauce to the brim as the pudding drinks up the sauce & finish with pieces of date. Heat up for a short time and best shared accompanied with our Vanilla Pouring Custard. (Be prepared to get into a spoon fight).
Chocolate Bread & Butter Pudding
Fresh sweet brioche is soaked in our handmade custard sauce & laced with pieces of chocolate that melt into the bread & custard during the baking process. For those of you who don't like raisins this one is for you. Heat up for a short period and eat to your heart's content.
Traditional Bread & Butter Pudding
No stale old bread used in this recipe like granny used to use, fresh brioche is soaked in our handmade custard sauce with the addition of raisins lightly seasoned with spices & then baked. Some customers tell us they don't bother heating up and just eat as is, if you do decide to heat up make sure you dont over heat for too long.
Berry & White Chocolate - Bread & Butter Pudding
The tartness of mixed berries are added to the brioche & soaked in our handmade custard sauce & then accompanied with hints of white chocolate that all melt into each other during the baking process & create an amazing taste & visual sensation.
Sticky Chocolate Pudding
In competition with our sticky date pudding a chocolate version was created for those chocoholics. Steamed to perfection this creation is made using quality chocolate, free range eggs & vanilla bean. After cooking process is complete a rich chocolate sauce is poured over the pudding to assist you in the devouring process. Best served with our very own pouring custard or if you must ice cream.
Mixed Berry Crumble
The tartness of a mixed berry combination including strawberries, blueberries & raspberries topped with our own crumble topping recipe made with butter, oats, shredded coconut baked till golden brown & finished with roasted almonds. Re-heat in oven to crisp up the crumble topping and warm through. As you dip your spoon into this heated up crumble you will experience the top layer of crunch and then as you make your way down it offers a gooey maceration of the berries meeting the crumble topping. Best accompanied with our vanilla pouring custard for extra oomf! Another good side suggestion is natural or sweet yoghurt.
Allspice Apple Crumble
Granny smith apple diced and stewed with a mix of spices is the base of this great classic. Topped with our crumble topping recipe baked till golden brown & finished with walnuts. Our Allspice Apple Crumble has proven to be a real favourite. Best served warm with our vanilla pouring custard or natural or sweet yoghurt.
Banana & Chocolate Crumble
It was meant to be when banana met chocolate it became a match made in heaven. We source just ripe bananas & caramelise them in brown sugar & spices. The banana mix is coated with our crumble topping with pieces of quality chocolate added before the baking process. The chocolate melts through the crumble topping. Best served warm with icecream.
