Olive Oils
Fruit is grown and cold pressed on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula. Available in four varieties, using fresh infusions.
Extra virgin olive oil; Lemon infused; Garlic infused; Habernero Chilli infused.
Water Crackers
These hand made all butter savoury biscuit are an absolute taste sensation. They are ideal for serving with fine cheeses, dips and mezze style foods. Their unusal triangle shape gives distinction to any platter. Available in six flavours; Onion, Sesame, Oatmeal, Poppy Seed, Greenwheat Freekeh & Caraway and Cracked Black Pepper & Coriander.
Storm Dressing
Storm has a soya base combined with a duo of oils: sesame and Fleurieu Peninsula cold pressed extra sexy virgin olive oil and is infused with garlic and ginger. It is ideal as a dressing for Asian style salads or for use in stir fried foods and as a marinade for meats and vegetables. It can also be served with crusty bread as a healthy alternative to butter.
Quince Paste
Made from SA organically grown quinces. This is a fully flavoured paste that spreads superbly with cheese.
Dukkah
Local almond growers are the real winners here. Freshly roasted and ground, along with coriander seeds and golden toasted sesame seeds, and the other secret ingredient, candied citrus zest. Sensational with fresh crusty sourdough and quality olive oil or sprinkle over chicken or lamb before roasting.
Kalamata Olives
These Kalamata Olives are grown on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula. They are preserved in natural brine. Two flavours available. Traditional and Chilli.
Frivolity
This sensational olive paste is made from Kalamata Olives grown on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula and Australian grown capers. Delightful as a spread on bread or put into pasta, pizza bases or served as a dip on its own.
