Melinda’s Gluten-Free Goodies now have six of their best selling premix products into 3 x 3kg (9kg cartons) packs. Selling them as 3 x 3kg bags in a carton allows individual 3kg bags to be sold and also meets OH&S requirements. Each 3kg bag will be labelled to enable individual sales.

Gourmet Vegetable Slice

The Home-Style Gourmet Vegetable Slice is packed full of tasty vegetables and spices. Suggested additional flavours include mushrooms, olives or sundried tomatoes. Each 3kg pack produces 144 pieces.

Sundried Tomato & Spinach Muffins

The Sundried Tomato & Spinach Muffin is a wholesome, tasty and versatile muffin. The muffins are perfect for an easy meal, entertaining or a healthy snack. Suggested additional flavours include shaved salami and fresh zucchini. Each 3kg pack makes over 90 muffins.

Tuscan-Style Risotto Cakes

The Tuscan-Style Risotto Cakes are delicious Arborio rice cakes. The product contains a sachet of ‘real’ Tuscan-style vegetables (not dehydrated). The cakes have a mild flavour to suit children and those who prefer less spice. Each 3kg pack produces 108 risotto cakes.

Choc Fudge Brownies

The Choc Fudge Brownies are a heavenly mix of the finest ingredients including fair trade Dutch cocoa and specially sourced lactose-free chocolate. Suggested additional flavours include Toblerone™ chocolate, coffee liqueur or berries. Each 3kg makes 144 brownies.

White Choc Raspberry Cake / Muffin

The White Choc Raspberry Cake/Muffin premix is a light and versatile mix containing plenty of dairy free white choc peices and a sachet of juicy raspberry filling. Available in 3 x 3kg packs (9kg cartons). Each 9kg carton produces 225 x 50g cake pieces or 225 x 50g muffins.

Lemon Curd Muffin / Cake

The Lemon Curd Muffin/Cake premix is a moist and flavoursome versatile mixincluding a sachet of fresh lemon curd to blend through or pipe into the middle of muffins.
