Moira Mac's Ready to Eat Range

Moira Mac’s has been making delicious cooked chicken and turkey since 1983. Our cooked range is now made free of chemical preservatives and salt reduced. Succulent pre-cooked turkey and chicken breast retain authentic, natural flavour without sacrificing shelf-life. We use an innovative cold-pressure pasteurization process which ensures taste, nutrition and safety.

Several of our products come with Heart Tick approval which meet strict criteria on sodium, trans fats and kilojoules; they are also gluten-free and dairy free with no artificial ingredients. Products are available diced or sliced or in whole pieces, suitable for cafes, restaurants, hospital kitchens, delis and dairy cases. Our diced and sliced products are ideal for sandwiches, salads, soups, pasta or pizza.
