Mondo Nougat produce both Soft and Crunchy styles of nougat and whilst they share the same special ingredients they are distinctly different in their texture. Mondo Crunchy Nougat is slow cooked for up to seven hours in a process designed to crystallize the honey and create the ‘Crunch’ that traditional nougat lovers just can’t resist. Mondo Soft Nougat is cooked using traditional methods in order to accentuate the unique flavours of the natural honey and golden roasted almonds within.
Mondo Nougat would like to thank the coeliac society for their help in keeping Mondo Nougat gluten and wheat free.
Flavours include:
Vanilla Crunchy: A die hard crunchy nougat connoisseur cannot surpass Mondo's truly Crunchy Nougat. The whole experience is crunchy and crispy and definitely not for the faint hearted.
Vanilla Soft: Double Roasted Almonds are the only crunch you will taste when biting into Mondo's smooth Soft Nougat. This nougat has all the honey flavour you would expect without the crunch. Yes, this is the original and famous nougat in a golden wrapper.
Lemon: Summer in Sicily! This is where the gentle lemon oils used in soft Lemon Nougat transport you. The delicate flavour and aroma take you on a short holiday every time you close your eyes and chew.
Orange: Fresh and clear. The fragrant sensation of Soft Orange Nougat is the perfect pick-me-up for any dull moment in your day.
Apricot: The perfect spring picnic: a divine drop of the Swan Valley 's finest and at the bottom of the basket, the ideal ending, Mondo Apricot Soft Nougat.
Cherry: Red, white and green the Cherry nougat bar recalls the festive season. Celebrate today; there is no need to wait. The cherries and almonds that combine together with the soft nougat are too tempting to resist. Have your very own celebration!

Mondo Crème de Nougat
Yes, the rumours are true! Mondo Nougat's Crème de Nougat really is ‘heaven in a jar.' Endless requests for nougat without nuts led to the development of Nougat in a Jar. Initially offered to chefs and the foodservice industry it is now available for you to enjoy and indulge at home.
Spread it on toast and waffles dip your favourite fruit into it, float it on your coffee or hot chocolate and dollop it onto your favourite ice-cream. Turn that simple sponge cake into a gourmet sensation with a layer of Mondo's Crème de Nougat or use it to substitute the cream mix in a tira-mi-su. Some suggestions by our customers are even a bit ‘naughty but nice!'
