Newcastle’s Pudding Lady produces a range of Christmas Puddings, everyday dessert puddings, sauces and our Classic and ChocFusions puddings to suit any occasion or meal.

CHRISTMAS PUDDINGS

Our range consists of 6 main types of Christmas Puddings plus a selection of specialty flavours.

The TRADITIONAL is our award winning recipe, often regarded as Australia’s finest Christmas Pudding. Available in sizes from 100gram through to 3kg, this range features fresh eggs, the finest dried fruits, full strength Australian brandy, added sugar, butter and fresh orange juice and orange peel.

Christmas Puddings are also available in Macadamia Nut, No added Sugar, Gluten Free, Vintage, All Natural as well as a selection of specialty flavours.

Our Christmas puddings are wrapped in calico cloth for resale and our available in round and log shapes.

CLASSIC DESSERT PUDDINGS

Introducing the award winning Classic range of dessert puddings from Newcastle’s Pudding Lady. This innovative Classic range was awarded Best New Retail Product at Australia’s premier fine food event, Fine Food Australia.

The Classic range combines the finest 500 gram pudding with a matched 150ml tub of delicious sauce. These are packed in a tube for convenient and impactful retail presence.

Providing a gourmet style, ready to eat dessert which is easy to prepare and serve, the Classic range features 5 great pudding and sauce flavours:

Sticky Date Pudding with Caramel Sauce
Chocolate Pudding with Raspberry Sauce
Plum Pudding with Brandy Custard Sauce
Berry Pudding with White Chocolate sauce
Honey Nut Pudding with Honey Custard sauce

CHOCFUSIONS DESSERT PUDDINGS

Available in 5 great flavours all with decadent chocolate and cocoa. Each tube contains a 500gram log which is fully cooked and ready to serve but can be reheated if required. The pudding has long shelf life stored in the pantry and once opened can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for months.
