with the full nutritional content & NIP's (Nutrition Information Panels) of their recipes.
One flat price: AUD$60 per recipe (incl GST).
Manufacturers: Have us create your NIP for you, ready for sending to your label printer.
Cafes, restaurants, distributors & take-away outlets: This information can be either printed on your existing menu (through your current print provider), as an additional insert to your existing menu or on your website.

We can assist your clientele by providing the full nutritional content of all or selected items from your menu. You can also choose to provide the minimum legal requirement:
- Total Kj content
- Statement on recommended average daily intake per adult being
8,700 Kj
- Kj to be included next to & at the same font & typing as your food prices.
Our nutritional calculations come from an approved database of over 4,000 food and beverage ingredients and are reviewed by our Nutritionist.

Nutrition At A Glance are now offering their Cafe Margin Analysis & ordering model. We partner with you to analyse your menu item costs, margins & efficient ordering. Save both your time & your Chef in doing what you both do best .. that is, get you in the business & in the kitchen, rather than spending time on analysing why your lost profits have gone into the rubbish bin!!
One set price: $300 - this includes your complete model set up by us.
All you have to provide is:
- List of recipes
- Recipe ingredients
- Supplier lists & price lists
- 4-week sales history (to assess your economic order quantities of ingredients
You can then maintain the model yourself, or we can periodically update these for you (additional cost).
