Posh Nosh are makers of homemade jams, chutneys, relishes, pickles and other delectable condiments.
We do not add any artificial preservatives, colours or flavours to our product, nor do we use any jam setters or thickeners. Our jams are set using the natural pectin in the fruit and our savoury range is thickened by reduction.
Posh Nosh prides itself on using fresh, local Australian produce and ingredients. We source our produce from farmers markets, local farms or independently owned family operated businesses. We use a very small quantity of quality imported ingredients.
We currently supply retail product to a number of shops and cafes and distribute catering product to cafes and food service outlets. We have a distribution warehouse based in Sydney.
Chutneys, Relishes & Pickles
Apple, Sultana & Cranberry Chutney
This chutney has a delicious sweet flavour from the apple and sultanas with tart undertones from the cranberries.
Beetroot Relish
This is a delicious relish highlighting the lovely earthy flavour of beetroot.
Bread & Butter Cucumbers
A sweet pickle, this old time favourite is great on a cheese plate.
Capsicum & Tomato Chutney
Rich red in colour, this mild chutney melds the sweet flavour of the capsicum and richness of tomato.
Peach & Sweet Chilli Chutney
Sweet and tasty, this wonderful chutney has the delicious flavour of peaches and sweet chilli, a great blend.
Rhubarb Chutney
Rhubarb teamed with apples, onion, sultana and spices create this rich peppery chutney with a lovely deep colour and flavour.
Spiced Cranberry Chutney
This delicious chutney with the mild undertone of spices is a must for your turkey, chicken or lamb.
Spicy Tomato Relish (Mild or Hot)
Spicy, tasty and delicious both the mild and hot version of this chutney leaves a lovely warm flavour in the mouth.
Jams & Marmalades
Apple & Ginger Marmalade
This subtle marmalade has a sweet apple flavour with the subtle undertones of ginger coming through. This is a nice introduction to marmalades.
Blackberry & Apple Jam
This is a delicious berry jam with a hint of something different. It makes a fabulous topping for toast, crumpets or fresh bread.
Brandied Lime Marmalade
Wonderfully tangy with a great zesty bite and the hint of brandy makes this a great marmalade, excellent for marmalade lovers.
Orange Marmalade
An old time favourite, this marmalade has the delicious sweetness of oranges and can be used in both sweet and savoury sauces.
Raspberry & Pear Jam
The tempting taste of luscious raspberries and the delightful flavour of pear combine to make this jam absolutely delicious, it is sure to be enjoyed by the whole family.
Tomato & Pineapple Jam
Subtle undertones of sweet tomato with a lovely tropical flavour of pineapple make this a surprisingly interesting jam.
Poached & Preserved Fruits
Poached Pears in Port
With a hint of spice and poached in port these pears are truly delicious.
Poached Pears in Vanilla
Poached in vanilla bean with a hint of cinnamon, these pears are absolutely scrumptious and leave a delightful silky texture on the tongue.
Preserved Lemons
A traditional Moroccan condiment, Preserved Lemons are pickled in a mixture of lemon juice, salt & spices.
Prunes Soaked in Port
Delicious plump pitted prunes are married with a hint of delicate spices and soaked in port to create a delectable treat.
