Available Australia wide, Premier Food and Beverages imports a wide selection of European specialties from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other countries. These include jams, mustards, horseradish, sauerkraut, gherkins, Swiss roesti and Almdudler – Austria’s favorite soft drink..
We stock a large range of Schwartau jams, the number one selling jam in Germany and many other parts of Europe, as well as Mestemacher rye breads and pumpernickel, some of which are certified Organic.
We also sell a variety of mustards and horseradish from companies like Thomy, Scandia and Mautner Markhof.
Note that all of our mustards and horseradish are shipped in refrigerated containers to ensure they retain their original flavour and ‘heat’.
Also available is a wide selection of RUF baking aids such as instant cake glazes and yeast, cheesecake helper and dessert mixes like Vanilla and Chocolate puddings. The RUF assortment also includes a comprehensive range of Organic ready to use cake and bread mixes under their RUF BIO label, as well as organic desserts and baking aids.
Our comprehensive selection of sauerkraut, red cabbage and gherkins, as well as Swiss ‘St Galler’ roesti and Schwabian spaetzli from Gaggli are always popular and easy to prepare.
Now also available is a South Tyrolian specialty, ‘Reiss Schuettelbrot’, a thin crisp rye bread favored in Italy’s north and in the Alpine regions enjoyed with cheese and small goods.
