Labanne

Yoghurt based cheese made by maturing and draining fresh yoghurt, creating a distinctive taste and consistency. Labanne cheese can be used in various ways: in & on salads, as a spread/dip, an accompaniment to other food and as antipasti/tapas dishes.

European Cheese

A vast selection of imported European cheeses is available for immediate purchase or by pre-order (fresh French gourmet cheeses arrive weekly by air). The various cheeses are available in full wheels and/or blocks, or at pre-cut pieces that are sealed for maximum shelf life and convenience. The range offers cheeses from courtiers such as France, United Kingdom, Holland, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Norway, Sweden and much more.

Fresh Cheese

A range of fresh cheese that is made in house is also available. Products in this category include: yoghurts, cream cheeses and our own Latecini brand of fresh Italian style Mascarpone, mozzarella, bocconcini,ovolini, fiori di late and more.
