Vanilla
Queen has been making Australia's favourite vanilla essences and flavourings since 1897. Vanilla is perhaps the most elegant of flavourings, and is used for all manner of purposes – from flavouring drinks and desserts, to fragrancing the home. Vanilla is made from the fruit of an orchid that grows in equatorial regions. These fruit go through a complex process of curing to achieve the delicate flavour that is favoured the world over. Queen's expertise in vanilla – acquired over more than 100 years – has allowed us to continue to innovate, producing new vanilla products like our convenient Vanilla Bean Paste.
