We at Red Rock Olives produce a wide range of flavoursome olive products from our olive grove.
Our extra virgin olive oils are characterized by fresh, fruity flavours followed by a peppery finish, either in the 'early harvest' robust style, or in a milder style with the gentle ripe fruit dominating.
We infuse our extra virgin olive oils with fresh herbs, organic where available, to produce a wonderful range of aromatic infused oils which are sensational in adding flavour to your cooking.
Red Rock Olives was named 'Best Oil of Show' at the 12th National Extra Virgin Olive Oil Awards in October 2008, after winning a Gold Medal and Best of Class 1: (Single Estate Grown: 200 litres minimum of exhibit produced) during judging.
Our table olives are completely chemical-free, being naturally fermented in brine, then bottled in rock salt and vinegar. They are firm and have great flavour. Olives bottled in herbs, or chilli and garlic are also available.
We also produce olive tapenades (black and green olive) and Italian dressings.
