We place great importance on ensuring that you get the best possible product when you buy Rocky Gardens products. To ensure this happens, we use only fruit that has been grown using chemical free growing practices and the best fruit available. We add no colour, preservative or flavourings to our products.
- Tomato Chutney 280g
Old country style chutney with the addition of apple this chutney is a less sweet and has a spicy flavour.
- Plum Sauce 330ml
Using rich blood plums this sauce is great for chicken and pork dishes and used as a dipping sauce for fish and chips and spring rolls.
Used in many stir fry dishes.
- Tomato Sauce 330ml
An all time favourite for any BBQ. A rich tomato taste using field ripened tomatoes.
- Tomato and Native Pepper Relish 280g
With the addition of Tasmanian mountain peppers to this combination of field ripened tomatoes this relish has a distinct flavour of the bush. With the long slow cooking of this relish the Pepperberries reduce the intensity of their heat and intensifies there distinct flavour.

Traditional old time favourite this recipe has been in the family for years. This relish is a great addition to your meal and favourite recipe. Using field ripened tomatoes this is a full bodied tomato relish.

Voted #1 in Tasmania in 2006, our Raspberry Jam is where the Rocky Gardens story began. The original Rocky Gardens Raspberry jam, was first produced in 1991, and made from Raspberries grown on our Bridgenorth farm.
- Quince Jam 280g
An old favourite these quinces are picked at their peak and cooked to a lovely pink. Serving suggestion: either on scones or bread, with cheese platter, added to gravy this adds a lovely twist.
- Marmalade 280g
These oranges are grown in South Australia; this is the only fruit that we use that is not grown in Tasmania.
This marmalade will appeal to those who prefer a sweeter taste first thing in the morning.

- Jostaberry Jam 280g
This jam is made with the little known fruit that is crossed between a Blackcurrant and Gooseberry, giving the discerning palate that blackcurrant flavour with the tartness of a gooseberry.

This delicate and slightly tart jam is made from Morello and Lapin cherries. This mixture gives a rich cherry flavour that is slightly tart. This jam will add colour to your breakfast and a unique dimension to your deserts.

Our blackberries are picked at the peak of ripeness so that every bit of their mouth-watering taste is preserved .These Blackberries are grown in the Tamar valley by an elderly gentleman.

Is made from fresh Moorpark apricots. grown in the coal river valley. Where they are tree ripened for a rich flavour.
