Roza's Gourmet Sauces manufacture a gourmet range of 42 gluten and preservative free sauces and dips.
Our mayonnaise is made with bush honey to sweeten instead of sugar, and we exclusively use free-range eggs! Our dressings are ideal used as dressings for salads, seafood, sandwiches, or as sauces for meat, vegetables or dipping. Best before on these products ranges from 4-12 months.

Aioli
Pronounced ay-oh-lee, it’s made with bush honey and loads of garlic - this sauce is for the real garlic lovers. Most popular for use on French fries it remains a great mayonnaise for sandwiches, chicken, and seafood. Dairy free.
Bearnaise Sauce
Similar to Hollandaise, Bearnaise is a butter sauce – the chief difference being in the addition of the herb tarragon. This sauce is best served over a steak, chicken kiev, or with fish.
Blue Cheese Dressing
A must for any blue cheese fan! This dressing may be light but it is loaded with garlic and, of course, blue vein cheese. What can you use this sauce on? Well, if you like blue vein– the answer is anything and everything!
Caesar Salad Dressing
A Caesar salad in a bottle – just add lettuce! This sauce is filled with anchovies, capers, parmesan cheese, pepper and more. But don’t limit it to salad; try as a dipping sauce for chicken or with fish.
Chilli Plum Sauce & Marinade
This sauce is made once a year with the season’s pure ripe plums and a hint of chilli to balance the sweetness. I like it as a dipping sauce, with beef and pork or through stir-fry noodles. This sauce is vegan.
Herb & Garlic Vinaigrette
My personal favourite sauce in the range! Vinaigrette is traditionally a salad dressing but ours is made with a thicker seeded mustard base, so you can use it on anything! Loaded with organic lime, garlic, herbs and spices, and bush honey it is a strong sauce so use sparingly on chicken schnitzel, veal, or boiled potatoes. Dairy free.
Hollandaise Sauce
Our hollandaise is a rich and buttery sauce with a mild tang of lemon juice and spices. It is best served at room temperature for dishes such as Eggs Benedict and over warm vegetables, traditionally asparagus.
Horseradish Dressing
A creamy mayonnaise base loaded with chunks of horseradish mixed through it. This sauce is great over vegetables, on sandwiches, or mixed through mashed potato. Dairy free.
Minted Mustard Dressing
The ultimate sauce for lamb! Marinate with it, dip it, or just pour it on. Also delicious when used sparingly over roast vegetables. Dairy free.
Mustard Dill Dressing
Packed with dill, this sauce is rich yet subtle. Slightly seeded and sweetened with bush honey it is perfect as-is or cut with some cream to use on baked fish or through potato salad. Dairy free.
Pesto Dressing Supreme
This sauce combines our honey mayonnaise and natural pesto to create the ultimate sauce for versatility and flavour! Try it on potato salad, sandwiches, or through pasta for a creamier taste. Great for kids too, Roza would warm this sauce and pour it over my vegetables when I was little – and I still eat them like that today!
Satay Sauce
A mild peanut Satay sauce - without the oily or vinegary tang of most. Heat and use as a dipping sauce, mix through rice or stir-fry dishes. Dairy free.
Sundried Tomato Dressing
Made with a lightly seeded mustard, Italian sundried tomatoes, basil and a red wine vinegar, this dressing is best on greek salads, pasta or vegetables. Dairy free.
