Roza's Gourmet Sauces manufacture a gourmet range of 42 gluten and preservative free sauces and dips.
We have a range of products made on our mustard base. Sweetened solely with bush honey! We have lighly seeded, full seeded, wholegrain, lighter dressing variations and thicker american style mustards. All can be thinned with water to use as dressings, or thickened to use as dips or spreads - and of course straight from the jar! Best before on our mustards is 8-12 months.
We also have a few specialty products we make for all the chutney lovers out there. These products are all made with sugar rather than honey, and therefore are all vegan. Best before on these products is approximately 12 months. All of these items are shelf stable and are often purchased as gifts as they do not need to be refrigerated until after opening.

Basil Mustard (aka Mustard Pesto)
Is it mustard or pesto sauce? This one, you will have to try for yourself. A tangy blend of the two makes this sauce great with chicken or meat dishes, pasta, for sandwiches, or to add flavour to a casserole or the like.
Chilli Marmalade
Sweet yet spicy and loaded with ginger, this marmalade is a fantastic addition to a cheese platter, great through a stir-fry or with light meats and prawns. It is a rating 3/10 on the chilli scale. This sauce is vegan.
Banana Date & Ginger Chutney
If you like these ingredients then this sweet style chutney is for you. Great with a curry, through a stir-fry, on cheese and crackers, or even on toast. This sauce is vegan.
Tomato Chutney
Made in the traditional style with sultanas and spices, this is one of our oldest and most popular products. More often than not, people who try this delicious savory chutney say it tastes just like the way their mother/grandmother used to make it – so give it a try and see for yourself! This sauce is vegan.
Cranberry & Orange Jam
We make our cranberry jam with orange rind that we marinate in brandy. So it is never too sweet like many cranberry sauces can be. This makes it ideal for use with cheese and crackers, ham, chicken, and is very popular at Christmas for turkey. I love it on my toast! This sauce is vegan.
Mango Chutney
This tropical chutney is a great hit in summer. It’s made with fresh mango (so only available while mangoes are in season), pineapple, coconut, macadamia nuts and a hint of chilli. It’s fantastic on salads and vegetable dishes, or used in any traditional chutney style. This sauce is vegan.
Spicy Tomato Salsa
This mild oil-free and sugar-free salsa is a ‘must have’ for the fridge. It is a rating 3 on the chilli scale. Loaded up with vegetables including tomato, basil, sweet cucumber, and garlic it is incredibly versatile. Have this salsa on steak, through pasta, as a pizza base, on nachos or tacos, or simply as a dip. This sauce is vegan.
