Traditional Sour Dough Rye Breads
Sour dough rye breads that are made with traditional ingredients and 'true' sour dough that has rested for twenty four hours is hard to find. Our range of flavours and styles have been developed to suit any palate, from the beginner rye bread eater to the hard core rye lovers we have a bread that will suit your taste! Plain Rye, Kibble Rye, Linseed Rye, Caraway Rye, Vollkorn Rye are just some of the flavours available.
Continental White and Rye Cobs
As part of our commitment to bring our customers a range of quality and tasty products we bring you our continental cobs including:
- Mediteranian (filled with sundried tomatos, olives, onions and herbs), Corb breads, Potato and herb cobs and sour dough white breads full of flavour.
Assorted Lunch and European Rolls
Foccacia's, Lepinja, Rye Rolls, Corn Rolls, Kaiser Rolls and many other lunch rolls feature in our selection of tasty rolls. We can help you put together an exclusive roll solution to please customer tastebuds.
Ryemill also offers customers 18cm & single serve [mini] European Baked Cheesecakes - Apple, Apricot, Cherry, Choc-Chip, and Lemon & Blueberry - Cheesecakes. Or try our Assorted Cakes – Poppy Seed - Old German Apple – Marmour [Marble] cake - Hazelnut and Cherry Cake or our Fruit Pies - Apple, Apricot, Cherry and Blueberry –all 18cm. There are the Fruit Loaves, Danish and Other Yeast Goods are great too for cafés and restaurants.
In addition we now offer a full range of more than 30 gourmet cakes, cheese cakes, biscuits, slices and tarts under our Flours Cake Artistry label. Naturally, as with our Ryemill Breads, Flours has a wide range of cakes that cater to allergy sufferers such as gluten-free and dairy free options with sugar free options on their way soon.
