The journey of the award winning pizzas started with a passion to create a truly authentic pizza that every Italian would want call their own. Using traditional Italian methods of hand stretched dough and long, slow natural fermentation, three years were spent developing the perfect foundation - a light thin base with a soft fluffy crust. Sugo Tu has now developed a way of freezing the fresh dough and freezer to oven (FTB) parbaked bases without destroying those traditional qualities that make the world of difference.

Retail Product Range
The Pizza Bases are individually vacuum wrapped and are available sauce-on or sauce-off. Size 10.5 inch for individual (carton size 24) or 6 inch in a 3 pack (carton size 12).
