The Chocolate Master is committed to creating award winning world-class hand crafted chocolates, using only the world’s finest Belgian Couverture Chocolate: Couverture Chocolate is a high quality chocolate that contains extra cocoa butter (32-39%). The higher percentage of cocoa butter, combined with the processing, gives the chocolate more sheen, firmer "snap" when broken, and a creamy mellow flavour. As the Leaders in Colour Chocolates we are 100% committed in using the freshest and finest local natural ingredients in the fillings of our Chocolate Jewels with no artificial preservative or flavours.
The Milk, Dark, White chocolate that we use in the making of our Chocolate Jewels and products are imported from Barry Callebaut Belgium. Our Chocolate Jewels are hand crafted here in Melbourne, using the finest local ingredients.
