Our contract brand service allows you to develop your own brand of gourmet food, without the planning or production costs.  You may be a cafe or retailer wanting to broaden your product offering - why not offer your very own brand?  We can design a product to suit your needs.  If you have a recipe that you know is a winner, we are happy to use it and of course, keep it exclusively yours.

Our service includes:

• Flexibility in product design. We design a product in consultation with you, according to your needs.

• Your product is designed & made by a qualified chef, in a NSW Food Authority compliant commercial kitchen.

• Choice of a selection of different of glass jars or bottles with metal twist cap lids or plastic caps.

• List of ingredients, nutritional panel and other legally required inclusions for you to incorporate into your labels.

• All units carry a “best before” date/batch code sticker on underside of bottle.

• We can provide a sample bottle, so you can have label design and printing arranged in time for the delivery of your product.

• Assistance with label design is available, as well as the complete label service – we can arrange printing & application for you if required.

• We are happy to assist with entry into the major national food competitions such as the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.  Most of our contract brands have been successful at these events.  A medal on a bottle is a sure way to increase sales!

• Small minimum orders apply.
