Filled Pasta
We source as much locally grown ingredients as possible with 100% traceability on all products. Ricotta forms the basis of all of our ravioli fillings and is made from nearby Gruyure & Coldstream dairy farm milk.
Ravioli, gnocchi & cannelloni are snap frozen fresh using advanced refrigeration technology, instantly preserving the true freshness and flavours of the product.

Fresh Cut Pasta
All pasta is made fresh on a weekly basis. Made by hand with the assistance of a small industrial pasta machine, our pasta is ‘laminated’ giving it a ‘fine’ texture. The ingredients are simple and of the best quality with certified free-range eggs (6 eggs per kilo) and Australia’s best durum wheat semolina, sourced directly from the Bellata Gold Farm in Tamworth, northern N.S.W.
Products include angel hair, fettucine, linguine and spaghettini.
Gnocchi
Our Gnocchi is all hand made and goes perfectly with Yarra Valley Pasta Boloynese sauce, Yarra Valley Pasta Tomato & Basil sauce, beef ragu or basil pesto with cream.
Lasagne
Our famous Beef Lasagna is made with 100% Yarra Valley free - range beef. Chicken lasagne and vegetarian lasagne also available.
