Sublime – Scrumptious with fish, the subtle blend of Turmeric, Fenugreek and Black peppercorns in perfect balance will inspire any family gathering or intimate meal. With no garlic or ginger added this gentle flavoured blend combines perfectly with coconut milk and your imagination.
Exotic – Traditionally used with seafood, the aromatic mix of Coriander, Turmeric and Cumin seeds makes a delicious curry base and also works superbly with prawns, scallops and squid. Sprinkle the dry spices with some rice flour and coat for a simple and tasty entrée or BBQ treat.
Pahelo – Originally used with chicken, the unique combination of Cinnamon, Cardamon and Cloves complements the natural flavours of chicken adding life to your favourite recipes.
