Our Breads
Quinoa Loaf - A high protein, low GI, yeast leavened bread with subtle nutty overtones. Great for sandwiches and toast.
Pumpkin and Pepita Loaf - Freshly grated pumpkin folded throughout gives this bread a moist texture and sweet edge. Perfect served by itself or as a base for sandwiches. This loaf has a ’medium’ balance of proteins and carbs.
Fruit Log - Filled with sultanas, apricots, almonds and a hint of mixed spice. This bread is perfect loaded with butter and jam, especially toasted.
Sundried Tomato & Basil Loaf - This savoury loaf is mixed with shredded sun dried tomatoes and finely cut basil leaves leaving you with a lingering taste of the Mediterranean. Works brilliantly with Italian or modern Australian cuisine.
Choc Log - Sensual and moreish, this bread is made with chunks of the finest of Belgium chocolate. Great served toasted when the chocolate starts to melt
