Lirah makes both Sweet and Dry styles of vinegar, Various Balsamic styles, caramelised balsamic (various flavours and styles) as well as two styles of Verjus.
For our Chefs: All our products are available in 1L kitchen friendly PET bottles. Some products available in 5L bottles.
For our home chefs: we make a 375mL glass bottles of all our products.
For food processors: we supply bulk vinegar in 20L, 200L and 1000L containers. We can custom make vinegars to suit your application (on request).
